2. Product usage introduction:
1) Clamp the packaging iron sheet onto the cargo box to be packaged, with the end of the iron sheet at the bottom. Squeeze the machine handle and body to the lower right to lift the pressure wheel, and embed the two layers of packaging iron sheet between the pressure wheel and the base (the rear base of the body should be placed on top of the iron sheet strip).
2) When swinging the handle, tighten the packing iron sheet, but do not press the handle to an extremely low position, otherwise it will lift the pressure wheel and easily pack the iron sheet.
3) Once the required tension is reached, place the joint lap on the iron sheet near the front end of the packaging machine and seal it with pliers.
4) To remove the baler, first press the pawl handle in the center of the handle to the front with your thumb, then squeeze the handle and body together to raise the pressure wheel, and then the baler can be removed to the right.
3. Repair and maintenance of iron sheet packaging machine
1) The packaging machine is made according to mechanical principles, and if properly maintained and used by the user, it can significantly extend its service life.
2) Regularly maintain cleanliness and refuel.
3) Regularly check the wear of the pressure wheel and fixed teeth.
4) The width of the iron belt used is 16.19.32 to choose from. The pliers have adjustment blocks that can be chosen by oneself. 5) After the iron joint is tightly rolled, when removing the machine body, the pawl handle in the middle of the machine top should be pushed out first. Do not squeeze the machine handle and the machine body first to avoid damaging the pressure wheel.
